How do I return an item?
If the item isn’t defective and matches its description but doesn’t meet your expectations or fit, you may return it within 14 days of delivery under your right of withdrawal.
Please ensure the product is in its original, unused condition and packaging.
To receive detailed return instructions - please contact us. Note that if you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Can return an item request be declined?
Yes, a return may be declined if:
• More than 14 days have passed since you received the item.
• The product is not in its original, resalable condition.
• The item was sent to an address not provided by our support team.
• The return package lacks tracking information.
Additionally, for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for certain items, including (but not limited to):
• Underwear, swimwear, bras, bra tops, camisoles, pajamas, baby products, socks, compression stockings, and pantyhose if the hygiene seal or labels have been broken.
• Opened or used beauty products meant for skin or body contact, or if the protective film is damaged. Contact includes handling the product outside its packaging.
• Contact lenses if their original packaging is unsealed.
• Adult products once unsealed after delivery.
• Body jewelry (e.g., piercings or earrings) if the safety seal is broken.
• Audio or video media if the protective seal is damaged, even if the outer packaging is intact.
